Instructions: Please Read

• The deadline for submissions is November 4, 2015.
• You may submit as many names and return to this form as many times as you'd like until the deadline.
• We want our new name to reflect how we are are different from other IT service providers. We feel that our approach to IT services is unique because 1) we ensure that all of our team members are not only highly qualified but also genuinely enjoy partnering with our clients on a personal level, 2) we take time to listen to and develop authentic relationships with our clients so that we can customize IT solutions that power their vision, and 3) we conduct ourselves with a high level of integrity, from ensuring clients' technology rests on a solid foundation of industry best practices to dealing honestly and transparently with clients, employees, and all stake-holders in our business. HOWEVER . . .
• We value your thoughts on how we are uniquely positioned to provide value to our clients and the community, so please allow your impressions of 3n1media, which may be different from our own, to guide your submissions as well.
• Out of all the names proposed, we will select 3 finalists, each of which will receive a $100 gift card.
• If, based on further deliberation and market research, your proposed name is selected as our new name, you will receive a second gift card for $200!
